Cosmetic fillings
Cosmetic Fillings (tooth colored) are used to repair a tooth that is affected by decay, cracks, fractures, etc. Only the decayed portion is removed and filled by the highly strong and durable material. Cosmetic fillings are an excellent replacement to silver amalgam (metal) fillings. Composite resins are a synthetic material, available in a variety of tooth colored shades to match natural teeth providing a natural result.
As with most dental restorations, composite fillings are not permanent and may someday have to be replaced. They are very durable, and will last many years, giving you a long lasting, beautiful smile.
